Role: Regional Clinical Manager\nLocation: Sheffield\nSalary: £70,000 - £75,000\n \nWe are currently supporting a well-established care provider in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple care home locations. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in care management and compliance.\n \nThe Role:\nThis position involves leading and managing multiple services to ensure exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality, performance, and overall business success within their designated region.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide leadership and oversight across multiple home care locations.\nEnsure the delivery of outstanding care in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and execute strategies to meet operational and financial objectives.\nMonitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.\nSupport and mentor location managers and staff to drive high-quality care and best practices.\nCollaborate with senior leadership to maintain consistency and excellence across the organisation. \nCandidate Profile:\n\nProven leadership and management experience in the home care or healthcare sector.\nStrong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to prioritise, delegate, and drive continuous improvement.\nExperience in medication administration. \nRequirements:\n\nMinimum of 1 year in a Registered Care role.\nActive NMC Pin.\nFull UK Driving Licence. \nPackage & Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000.\nAdditional benefits, including free parking and referral programme. \nIf you have the experience and expertise to take on this rewarding leadership role, we’d love to discuss this further.
