Job Description:
About Hopscotch
We help organisations at every step on their path to impact: helping them to define, create and measure their social impact, then share it with the world.
As the leading social impact agency, our work puts us at the intersection of our client’s purpose and today’s most pressing challenges: health and wellbeing, future skills and employability, sustainability and education. Our clients include WWF, Sport England, the NHS, Network Rail, Nike and more.
As a We. Communications company, we’re part of a diverse borderless team with access to world-class insight, creative, activation, communications and PR capabilities, with offices on every continent. We’ve created a committed, talented team who challenge our clients to deliver on their brand promises – and we want to grow it with people who are passionate about turning purpose into positive action. Here, you’ll get the chance to make your mark on high-profile campaigns, flexing your creative thinking, alongside razor-sharp project management skills, to make a meaningful difference.
Your Role
You’ll get stuck into client work from the outset, with plenty of support from your line manager and project teams. Taking ownership of individual workstreams, your organisation, enthusiasm and positivity will ensure projects run as smoothly as possible.
The role is hugely varied and covers marketing, event management, content generation, digital and social media. You’ll thrive if you enjoy collaborative environments where you can tackle a challenge, have strong attention to detail, love to multitask, are a creative thinker and feel comfortable in taking your own initiative.
Responsibilities:
* Working with your project teams to deliver creative, insight-led social impact programmes and campaigns, developing impactful content and communications plans.
* Building strong relationships with our key audiences to ensure everything we do is insight-led.
* Drafting engaging and impactful copy for a range of comms channels, including social media, email marketing, websites and articles.
* Managing client projects, organising and taking the minutes of client and internal meetings, updating and sharing project plans with clients, maintaining project timelines to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* Supporting the development of new business proposals, through insightful research and assessment of competitor activity.
* Keeping up to speed with what’s happening in education, social impact and marketing, regularly sharing relevant insights.
Key Attributes and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have some agency or project management experience, alongside a demonstrable passion for working in social impact. We’re looking for people who:
* Are organised and full of ideas.
* Take initiative, working independently and proactively.
* Contribute to our culture in a fun, positive way.
* Take a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
