The Client
This company is a UK-based skincare and personal care brand specialising in natural and organic beauty products. They currently serve the health & wellness channels, Independents, online marketplaces and multiple European territories through distribution. They are looking to appoint a new General Manager to take ownership of the P&L and lead their growth agenda across the next 5 years
The Role
The role will take responsibility for the delivering a brand centric approach to growth in the UK market. There is scope for growth within existing channels across multiple brands in the group as well as developing a new business approach to brand growth in new channels. The role will take broad general management responsibility to include Finance, HR and Technology as well as the core commercial areas.
Main strategic responsibilities;
* Drive UK&I Multi channel strategy plan across category areas
* Inspire & motivate commercial, Category, and trading teams to deliver a true omnichannel experience for the consumer
* Develop a clear marketing strategy to engage and acquire consumers through new channels
* grow top line revenue and EBITA in line with global business plan
* Grow international territories and define key priority markets
