Equans are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team in Wath-Upon-Dearne on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
Please note this role will be covering the HR Administration in the North region for Equans.
What will you deliver?
1. Assist where necessary with employee queries
2. Assist the HR Advisor as required
3. Prepare and send out offer letters and contracts to new employees and provide payroll with all the relevant information
4. Send out reference requests for all new employees and chase for responses as appropriate and complete all ex-employee references
5. Complete all paperwork in relation to leavers letter to employee confirming dates, exit interview questionnaire, information to payroll / fleet / mobiles / IT
6. Assist in production of HR reporting requirements including employee numbers/HR statistics etc
7. Maintain and update where necessary all internal forms and employment offer documents
8. Inform the Training Department of any training requirements
9. To maintain HR.Net and produce management reports as requested
