What we achieve together
* In this key customer facing role you will provide a professional welcome to all visitors to the Bristol Centre of Excellence as well as managing enquiries and call handling.
* The role will include ensuring that stock for training and display materials are replenished with current versions.
* You will ensure the highest of standards are met whilst promoting training and brand loyalty awareness at every opportunity.
* You will offer excellent customer service, booking customer training at all Centres of Excellence through email, phone and face-to-face interactions.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring that the refreshment and welcoming areas are kept clean.
* The role will also entail liaising with the sales, service staff and customers to ensure that clear communication and accurate information is passed on relating to training activities and initiatives.
