Job Description
1. Develop and implement growth strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
2. Manage financial forecasts and budgets, contributing to strategic decision making.
3. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective business planning.
4. Lead the negotiation of new client deals and contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Accountant should have:
1. A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - ideally AAT/ACA/ACCA.
2. Proven experience or strong interest in a business development role within the professional services industry.
3. Strong financial acumen and business development skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
5. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
