About the role:
The Process Analyst within the Mid Life Cycle process tower will work on initiatives across the portfolio of People processes and systems, which deliver People Operations Services using the Corporate Technology Stack and vendor tools and services. The role reports to the Global Tower Lead, Mid Life Cycle and partners with the Regional People Operations Leaders and People Centres of Excellence (COE).
What you will be doing:
1. Responsible for developing and constructing processes to support Mid life cycle activities within the People organization within CBRE.
2. Assists with Mid Life Cycle tower initiatives and supports the architecting of People processes and systems.
3. Provides guidance to the Tower Lead on prioritization of tower projects and escalates as needed.
4. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within their Tower, leveraging design, documentation, and implementation techniques.
5. Identifies and works with relevant stakeholders to map out the ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ process sequences and interactions.
6. Provides support to Mid Life cycle tower team members in reviews of process improvement proposals.
7. Identifies and resolves process or data problems and prevents their recurrence.
What you will need:
1. 5+ years of experience with People Systems and Processes, including PeopleSoft HCM.
2. Experience with Compensation & Benefits, Employee Mobility, and Time & Payroll.
3. Knowledge of US Benefits and Compensation Processes and Vendor Management preferred.
4. A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global initiatives across a Matrix organization.
6. Experience in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and Solution Design principles preferred.
7. Stakeholder and Project Management experience.
8. Expertise in critical and strategic thinking to solve problems.
9. Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple issues while communicating at all levels.
10. Customer-service oriented approach to problem solving.
11. Experience working within a Shared Services or centralized operating environment for a global company.
