2nd Line Engineer (RMT)
Bracknell (BRA01) - 5 days on site.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will contribute to this by managing the estate following BAU activities and reacting to incidents as they come into the service desk.
Your role will involve collaborating with the other 2nd and 3rd line engineers across the accounts within the shared service. You will provide direct technical support for all services as part of the 2nd line team and assist in the day-to-day operations and duties of the Westinghouse service. The successful candidate will also work with the current support personnel to understand the products and their use across the shared service and to develop their diagnostic skills and capabilities.

* SCCM / SCSM / SCOM
* Trellix
* Windows 10
* Windows Services 2012/16/19
