Job Title: Administrator
Location: Near Thaxted, Essex
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pa
Term: Permanent – Full time – Office based
RecruitAbility have an exciting opportunity with a well-established client who is looking for an administrator to join their team. This position involves interacting closely with clients and team members, requiring a professional and courteous approach at all times.
The role of Administrator:
1. Provide admin support for the sales and marketing teams
2. Running customer reports
3. Supporting field sales team members
4. Typing up notes onto CRM
5. Preparing PowerPoint presentations
6. Preparing quotes for customers
7. Ensure contracts for new clients are set up
8. Taking customer service to the next level
9. Assist with monthly reporting and data
10. Responsible for the administration for setting up new customer accounts and processes for new programs
11. Order processing and invoicing
12. Providing excellent support, proactively managing tasks and consistently striving to meet team goals
To be considered for the role of Administrator:
Our client is looking for someone who has worked as an administrator ideally in a sales environment, with experience developing and implementing effective processes.
You'll need:
1. c. 3 years previous admin experience
2. Strong IT skills
3. Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint
4. Able to implement new systems
5. Organised
6. Flexible
7. Friendly personality
8. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Driving licence and own car due to the location
The Package for the role of Sales Support Administrator:
£26,000 - £28,000 pa depending on experience
