Join us in shaping limitless horizons. About the role Flexciton is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO on scaling the company by running a global fundraising process. As Fundraising Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with potential investors, crafting compelling materials, and ensuring that the fundraising process runs smoothly. What you’ll be doing Investor Research & Target Identification Research and compile a shortlist of 100-200 potential investors who align with Flexciton’s vision and growth trajectory. Develop detailed profiles on each investor, including their investment thesis, key interests, and past investments. Identify the best approach for reaching out to and engaging with each investor. Process Management Create a structured, systematic plan to approach investors, ensuring all timelines and processes are coordinated efficiently. Manage investor interactions to ensure that offers are received within similar timeframes, streamlining decision-making. Organize and execute travel plans to meet investors in person across Europe, the US, Singapore, and beyond. CRM Management Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely data on investor contacts, interactions, and feedback. Ensure that the CRM reflects each investor’s engagement status and follow-up requirements. Pitch Development & Business Strategy Assist in the creation of pitch materials, ensuring that they effectively communicate Flexciton’s value proposition. Contribute to the development of a long-term business plan outlining the company’s growth and expansion strategies. Create all necessary documents to facilitate investor due diligence and simplify the decision-making process. Pitching & Investor Relations Attend and support CEO-led meetings with potential investors, gaining firsthand exposure to the fundraising process. Understand common investor concerns and objections, and collaborate with the CEO to refine pitch materials to address these concerns. Use investor meetings to gather valuable insights on their investment process and update the CRM accordingly. What we are looking for in you? Detail-oriented: Ability to systematically manage a large pool of potential investors, ensuring no details are overlooked. Creative materials creation: Strong skills in designing compelling pitch decks with a clear narrative and engaging graphics. Logical argumentation: Ability to craft business plan documents and other materials that can withstand investor scrutiny. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (or Google equivalent): Skilled in creating professional materials for presentations and reporting. Highly organized: Ability to coordinate complex schedules and manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel: Comfortable with 50% travel to meet investors globally in locations such as the US, Europe, and Asia.
