I am working with a well-established firm who are looking for a design-led Architect to work on high-end residential projects and contribute to the practice’s commitment to excellence in design and delivery. You will be involved in projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and consultants to bring innovative designs to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of high-end residential projects Work across all project stages, from concept development to construction Produce high-quality drawings and documentation using Revit Collaborate with a talented team of architects and designers Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success Stay up to date with UK building regulations and planning requirements Key Requirements: Qualified Architect with experience in the UK Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential experience Proficiency in Revit is essential Excellent design and technical skills Strong communication and project management abilities A proactive and collaborative approach to work Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between £35,000 - £45,000.
