We are recruiting for an RPA Analyst to join a large public sector organisation. You will support the Senior Manager, alongside the Automation team, on working strategically to transform the business processes into automated processes. The role is permanent and offers flexible working.
Your new role
As the RPA Analyst, you will be working with the Informatics team to support the organisation's automation to deliver cost-effective, risk-controlled, robust and reliable automation solutions. You will be supporting in transforming the Process Definition Document (PDD) into an automated process, interact with all the applications required throughout the process and ensuring that all exceptions are managed accordingly. Day to day responsibilities include being involved in the organisation's cloud-based automation platform and software. Also, to be a strong communicator with ambition to develop.
What you'll need to succeed
Whilst the core function of this role is to map out the process of automation, you will also be involved in the analytical and development side. You may have come from a different background such as, but not limited to, Business Analyst, Systems Developer, Process Automation Specialist or RPA Developer.
* Understanding of RPA processes
* Experience with automation systems (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate)
* Understanding of the development cycle, including design, development and testing
* Process mapping
* Design, programming, testing, documentation, technical implementation and deployment
