As our financial analyst, you'll be a key supporter of business decisions and will hold the functions you support to account on delivering key business objectives. This role will also play a pivotal role in the quarterly and annual planning process and the regular cadence reporting to enable accountability and functional performance. We'll look to you to bring your experience of financial analysis, ideally within a multisite FMCG business. If you're qualified or part-qualified in finance, we'd love to hear from you. You'll have a flair for presenting finance data in a concise and actionable format, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. We'd love to hear about your experience of explaining complex financial matters to non-finance background partners and how you've built relationships with key stakeholders across the business. Harnessing the power of data and visualisation to better present information and drive better business decision making. - Business partnering key functions within the UK, providing key data and insights for onward decision making and analysis. - Being a steward and objectively challenging commercial and operational stakeholders in the right way, using data and analysis to drive key decisions. - Being a catalyst for business growth, by understanding the business strategy and analysing commercial opportunities. - On the strategy side, our financial analyst will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic business direction and act as a stakeholder in the decision-making process. - Balance capabilities, costs, and service levels to support effective joint business planning and provide business expertise. - Use your analytical and forward-thinking skills to create a robust and well thought out forecast and budget that aligns to the key business objectives and reflects the operational plans of your business partners.
