Reaside Clinic is a 92 bedded male medium secure service in South Birmingham that is part of the secure care and offender pathway. Reaside Clinic has good transport links and is close to rail and motorway networks. The post holder will work within the established team at Reaside, supporting service users on admission and during their progression on the unit, delivering comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, formulation and interventions, whilst using evidence-based practise to assist in developing individualised care plans, promoting independence and enhancing functional abilities whilst developing innovative ways to engage service users with complex needs. As a senior member of the service, you will represent your profession and act as a role model in a manner that positively reflects the trauma informed care philosophy of the secure service and the wider values of the organization.
