This\nincludes access to hybrid training plus the ATA & MOT Tester Qualifications\ntoo.\n\n**Skills and experience**\n\n * Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry\n * Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.\n * Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.\n * Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety\n * Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s\n * Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.\n * IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.\n * Good time management\n * A current valid driving licence\n\nWe’re in an exciting chapter – rapidly growing our business with a focus on\nmotoring services and electric mobility.
