Main Role Purpose:
Working within a documented framework, effectively manage PayPoint’s retail estate to ensure all commercial targets are met or exceeded. In addition, manage network integrity and both PayPoint and Client network requirements across the retail estate.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm
Salary £21,630 per annum
Main Role Responsibilities:
Effectively complete all required tasks which may include, but are not limited to:
1. Commercial sales support incorporating the authorisation of commercial terms which are outside of normal working parameters from time to time.
2. Overcome objections in order to retain deployed PayPoint products and services despite known and unknown commercial barriers.
3. Estate assessment both for PayPoint directly and Clients as may be applicable (i.e. Collect+) consistent with the network strategy.
4. Tactical management of the retail estate consistent with the network integrity policy.
5. Challenge commercial principles and policies using outcome-based analysis and sales support insight.
6. Ensure all enquiries (including calls, emails and other communication methods as may be relevant) are handled within the published SLAs and, where appropriate, conform to agreed commercial boundaries so that all team targets are met.
7. Build and develop strong working relationships with PayPoint’s retailers, field sales team, and other business departments.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required:
Ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial understanding and business acumen in order to communicate and educate around PayPoint’s commercial terms as may be needed.
Ability to sell the benefits of PayPoint in order to overcome sales objections.
Awareness of, and ability to deliver, targets.
Proven ability to compile and reach conclusions from the analysis of statistical information.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver against multiple objectives as well as display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong team player with a flexible, proactive, questioning, tenacious and creative approach to work.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both face to face and via telephone, with the credibility to influence others.
Resilient character.
Excellent Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
