Office Administrator
£25,000- £32,000 Knaresborough, office based, on site parking, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00, (part time hours will be considered) immediate start available, initial temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent.
Due to continued business progression we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for this successful business located in Knaresborough. There are two potential positions available, one would focus on the charity administration side and the other would focus more on marketing and social media responsibilities including writing content, creating adverts, and website landing pages.
These roles would suit someone who has excellent communication skills and is keen to embark on a varied operational administration role. Full training can be provided but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and join this team with a vision to grow with the business. This role is initially a temporary position and can be available immediately for the right candidate. Upon successful probationary period this role could turn into a permanent opportunity.
The main purpose of this role is to enable a streamlined operation between Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Distribution. You will form an integral part of the daily operational processes. We are looking for someone who is confident and eager to progress. You will work as part of a small friendly team, reporting to the Operations Manager. Dependent upon experience this role can pay up to £32,000
Office Administrator responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team
* Building relationships with customers and clients on the telephone
* Processing customer orders
* Creating invoices
* Load information on to the website
* Compiling and sending out training packs
* Assisting with online clinics and queries
* Learning about the company products and services
* Other admin duties as required
Requirements for this Office Administrator role:
* Have a good level of English and maths, GCSE or equivalent
* Previous administration experience using databases and spreadsheets preferred
* Enthusiastic and confident attitude to work, able to learn on the job
* Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office applications
* Good organisational skills
* Your own transport is required due to location of office
This is initially an immediate start, temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. Both full time or part time, flexible hours can be considered and the salary is dependant upon experience.
This Office Administrator role would suit someone who has worked as an office administrator, office manager, scheduler, coordinator, or operations administrator.
