This highly reputable school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French & Spanish) for a full-time position beginning in September to cover a long-term vacancy.

Role Overview:
1. Delivering high-quality French and Spanish lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Planning and preparing engaging lessons that promote language acquisition, cultural awareness, and conversational confidence.
3. Creating a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students of all abilities to thrive.
4. Assessing student progress, setting challenging but achievable targets, and providing constructive feedback.
5. Contributing to the development of the MFL department and promoting a passion for languages across the school.
6. Participating in wider school activities, parent evenings, and collaborative departmental planning.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification with specialism in French and Spanish.
2. Have experience teaching MFL within UK secondary schools.
3. Be passionate about language education, inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for global cultures.
4. Be committed to raising standards and driving progress for all students.
5. Show strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Be an adaptable and collaborative team player eager to contribute to a welcoming and high-achieving department.
