Administrator - Property Services - office based, Wigan
My client is closely aligned to the legal sector, and they provide a range of property management and property sales services.
They are looking to enhance their team with an experienced administrator who can take responsibility for managing the following tasks:
1. Obtaining quotes from third-party contractors and obtaining approval by solicitors.
2. Scheduling required property management tasks working with sub-contractors.
3. Scheduling monthly insurance property visits and responding to any issues uncovered after each visit.
4. Producing various client reports once works are completed.
5. Liaising with and updating solicitors on a daily basis.
6. Tracking and requesting payment of invoices from our finance team.
7. Responding to enquiries from clients and other stakeholders via phone and email.
8. Other relevant property management tasks.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and ideally will have some experience of working within the property management/property sales sector; however, those with cross skills should still apply.
Experience of using Microsoft Office applications such as Word & Excel is essential.
Applicants must have strong diary management and communication skills and will also have an impeccable attendance and punctuality record.
Salary DOE plus company pension scheme. Holidays are 25 Plus Statutory. Working hours are 9.15 - 5.15 Mon-Fri (37.5 Hours per week).
