The Role As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will ensure the accurate processing of customer orders for certificates and skills cards.Ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements and maintaining high-quality assurance standards, you will accurately enter learner details into the Quartz system, produce skills registration SmartCards/e-Cards and perform quality checks on your own and others’ work.You will also handle customer inquiries, deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.Additionally, you will:- Manage incoming post- Update work instructions, policies and processes on SharePoint- Support the testing and implementation of revised working practices- Assist other areas of the Roads and Highways department with projects- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all data per GDPR requirements About You To be considered as an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will need:- Experience working within a customer service environment- Experience processing orders rapidly and accurately- Experience using Microsoft Office applications- Knowledge of stock re-ordering approaches, postage and courier processes- The ability to maintain quality system processes and document audit trails- To be focused with excellent attention to detail- The ability to process high volumes of work with minimal errors- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (due to our office location)We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
