We provide; (1) translation consultancy to close the gap between R&D and clinical manufacture, (2) process development services from our purpose-built laboratory, (3) capital project design through to licensing, and (4) GMP manufacturing for early phase clinical trials. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the global marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance the company’s brand positioning and value proposition. Job Description: Job Purpose: The position requires a results-driven marketing professional with experience of working in a busy and varied marketing role. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead the overall marketing strategy of a dynamic organisation in a rapidly growing market. Main areas of responsibility/key duties: Effectively communicate the brand value proposition. Develop and execute the marketing strategy to support the business objectives. Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate all events (conferences, seminars & webinars), public relations (articles, journals, interviews & press releases), digital platforms and social media posts. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences. Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools and social media platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, service launches, and go-to-market strategies for all areas of the business. Develop and oversee a web strategy, ensuring the website is optimised and up-to-date. W ork closely with external agencies and service providers to achieve marketing goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI (for events, webinars, advertising spend) and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Person Specification: Essential Qualifications & Experience: Minimum BSc in life sciences, engineering or marketing or equivalent experience 2 years’ marketing experience in a B2B environment Experience of working in a varied marketing role covering direct marketing, PR, website development, conferences & events, digital marketing campaigns Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems e.g. Salesforce. Familiarity of creative tools including Canva, Photoshop and inDesign. Experience of WordPress. Experience of Office365 and Adobe.
