This role is focused on working closely with the behaviour department, providing mentorship and structured support within inclusion rooms to help students reintegrate into their classes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with behaviour management, a calm and structured approach, and the ability to work as part of a pastoral and support team. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to KS4 students with behavioural and emotional challenges Work within the inclusion unit, supporting students in their transition back to mainstream classes Help implement behaviour intervention strategies to keep students engaged and motivated Assist classroom teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment Work closely with the behaviour department, SENCo, and pastoral staff to support individual student needs Act as a role model and mentor, encouraging positive decision-making and academic focus What We're Looking For: Experience working in a secondary school, particularly supporting KS4 students Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively Experience working in inclusion rooms, pastoral support, or behaviour intervention teams A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting students A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare Additional Information: Full-time role, Monday to Friday Paid up to £125 per day, term time only Based in Islington, London, with excellent transport links Immediate start, with potential for a long-term placementIf you're an experienced Behaviour Mentor / LSA looking for a full-time role in a mainstream secondary school, we'd love to hear from you.
