Sales Coordinator

12-16 months Permanent contract - Hybrid
What's on offer:
- Pension: 3% employee + 7% employer (salary sacrifice)

- Holiday: 25 days p/a + Bank Holidays (with 3 days to be taken during the Christmas period when the site is closed)
- Monday and Friday WFH, Tuesday to Thursday office-based (subject to change based on training, support needs, or management requirements)
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Offer contract: for a definite period of time, 1 year with the option to prolong for another year after evaluation.
A fantastic role has become available to work for a very reputable company based in the Oldbury area for a Sales Coordinator. The successful person will provide first-class customer service to all customers and support the sales and marketing team with administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for customers with enquiries including technical requests
2. Process product orders as appropriate
3. Quotation handling
4. Establish primary customer contact activity - relationship development
5. Update and maintain customer data information
6. Promote & support customer use of our e-commerce platform
7. Assist other functions in the company in case of illness or vacation (only in case of need)
8. Continuously stay up to date with products and service offering
9. Know the company's objectives and KPIs and understand how these influence daily operations
10. Follow the rules and policies within the company and ensure that all transactions and customer contacts are made in accordance
