We are currently recruiting for a recognised RecTech provider, for the role of Account Executive. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for our client who is a leading provider offering an AI and automation tool for the recruitment market, helping agencies build their brand presence, find leads, win business, and attract candidates, driving overall growth and success!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Prospecting and lead generation
2. Qualifying potential leads
3. Creating and executing sales plans to achieve or surpass quarterly sales quota
4. Identifying, progressing and closing the sales of products
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system
Main Skills/ Requirements:
1. Experience within end-to-end sales cycle from booking in demos with potential leads to closing deals
2. RecTech recruitment knowledge
3. Experience within software sales, SAAS Sales and IT services
4. High energy, personable with a drive to succeed!
5. Money-hungry and tenacious
6. Happy to commute to Loughton
