Specialising in helping large enterprises optimize operations and logistics, our client delivers innovative technology and tailored solutions to drive business success. The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Tele-appointer will be instrumental in driving sales growth. This role involves proactive lead generation, business prospecting, and acquisition campaigns while supporting Business Development and National Account Managers in meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting. Promote solutions in Telematics, Telecoms, Telephony, Connectivity, and Fuel. Identify customer needs, nurture leads, and influence purchasing decisions. Maintain engagement with prospects through timely follow-ups. Schedule qualified appointments and facilitate smooth lead handovers to Account Managers. Handle inbound inquiries and update CRM records accurately. Prepare tailored proposals for SME clients and track competitor activity. Meet sales KPIs and maximize revenue across product offerings. Requirements Proven experience in Telesales, Outbound Sales, or Business Development. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Expertise in new business development, CRM software, and closing deals. Highly motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
