Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of a variety of projects, including experiential programs, training events, media launches, conferences, and customer engagement activities.
* Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring they are delivered within agreed-upon parameters.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and guidance to foster their professional development.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
* Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, and on-site coordination.
* Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges, ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of all projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the events industry, ideally with a focus on automotive or luxury brands.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels.
