About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Melksham, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site's quality management processes meet international standards and customer requirements.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a quality role with an ISO 9001, AS9100 or TS16949 certified organisation and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of continuous improvement.
Practical experience of working within the Defence industry is also required, as well as a background in Agile or Jira. Experience of supporting the design process from a quality perspective is also advantageous.
