In this role you will:
- Analyse complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing strategic recommendations to senior management and actively participating in the change framework.
- Support internal teams to realise opportunities to increase business efficiency and agility and deliver early incremental value.
- Apply a range of analysis techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders to ascertain required business outcomes, adapting approaches to ensure desirable outcomes are achieved.
- Work with third party providers to ensure they understand the Society requirements and have access to the relevant stakeholders to both inform and test our delivery.
What you will bring:
- A recognised BA professional qualification (ISEB), Prince II, Lean/Six Sigma or similar
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office) including a working knowledge of MS Project & Visio
- Test management experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ideally you will also have experience of: Business analysis within the Financial sector; Supporting change management; IT project implementation or similar.

The location of this role is flexible, with hybrid working supported. The successful applicant will be required to regularly attend our head office in Barrow-in-Furness.
