£43,260 per annum + £6,000 annual car allowance

We are currently seeking a Regional Nurse Manager who will lead and manage a large regional team of Renal Technicians. The role will entail working both from home and out in the field. It is our mission to grow and evolve all our services whilst also ensuring that our teams provide the highest quality of care. Are you the person to help us achieve this?
What is the job like?
* Lead, manage and drive performance of a team of community-based Renal Technicians (HCA's), ensuring that we are always delivering an exceptional service and working with your team to achieve and maintain KPI's
* Setting high standards and promoting continual reflection and innovation
* Act as the main point of escalation for any clinical issues they face, as well as dealing with any personal concerns
* Commercially you will be liaising with the NHS referral centres and the client about current patients and new patient referrals
* You will be supported by our clinical training team to organise training, support and shadow visits and competency sign offs of new starters and current staff.
* From time to time, you will present within the team on current and upcoming projects
* Occasionally travel to head office for team meetings and to visit your team in the field within your region
The company offers our patients a 7 day service between 7am and 10pm, whilst the core hours of the role are Monday to Friday, you will also need to be available to cover the on-call rota occasionally throughout the month. The role will be predominately remote working, however you must be comfortable with travelling across your region as and when required.
Who are you?
* Registered Nurse with several years experience including management of a team or training of others
* Experience of community working is desirable, however, if you are looking for a new challenge we would still love to hear from you, as long as you are comfortable managing a large territory
* The ability to demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking, and strong interpersonal skills as part of managing and growing key customer relationships with the NHS and the client
* Organisation, good time management skills and self-discipline will be key in this autonomous role as you manage your own diary
