The Role: To support the Partner Relationship Lead and Head of Partner Relationships in the day-to-day oversight and development of our global partner network. This incorporates the partner life-cycle from identification to onboarding, ongoing management and development to deliver growth without compromise, optimised margins and the achievement of our sustainability goals. This includes collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Commercial, Client Services, Account Management, Business Development and Finance to drive service quality, identify process efficiencies and deliver cost-effective service solutions to the business.

Hybrid working: 2 days office working, 3 days home working (after successful completion of probation)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage, maintain and develop relationships with our partners, identifying new providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance to ensure adherence to defined K2 quality, cost and delivery standards.
* Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Work closely with the Commercial team and cross-departmental stakeholders to drive process improvements, cost containment and reduction initiatives, and supply chain optimization projects including new / evolving service lines and locations.
* Stay updated on industry and market trends, service / technological advancements and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve our processes and operations.
* Track, evaluate and support the development of the sustainability of our partner network.
* Uphold K2's compliance, GDPR, and ISO principles and obligations as they relate to our partner network.
* Update and record information as per the needs of the role on internal/external databases, spreadsheets and other documentation.
* Alert management of any escalations, complaints or concerns in a timely manner and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge:
* The ability to build, develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
* Commercial awareness and effective negotiation skills with demonstrable experience delivering against long-term business goals.
* Self-confident and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and as a part of the team.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service, in a timely manner.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Effectively gauging situations, demonstrating a firm, but fair approach to influence others, both externally and internally.
* Ability to present to key stakeholders and various audiences.
* Ability to provide colleagues with coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
* The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a patient, calm, and empathetic and effective way.
* Ability to consistently meet KPIs and individual objectives and that of the team.
* Strong IT and advanced Excel skills.
* Possess strong operational and industry knowledge ideally including Supply Chain Management practices / processes.
