What You’ll Be Doing
* Full 360 recruitment role, focusing on tech or financial services markets.
* Business development and client acquisition to build your own desk.
* Once you hit your target, you’ll have the opportunity to hire delivery consultants to support your growth.
* Freedom to pursue clients and markets without account restrictions —the business encourages independent growth.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
* Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary & Commission Structure
* Base salary up to £60k (depending on experience).
* Uncapped commission structure:
* £0–£20k monthly billings = 20% commission
* £20k–£40k monthly billings = 30% commission
* £40k+ monthly billings = 40% commission
* Commission is paid monthly, and there’s no threshold !
