Responsibilities
* Responsible for the implementation of Talent and Leadership strategies
* Manage a dedicated Talent and Leadership Team
* Lead and oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-wide frameworks, processes, and resources for talent management.
* Provide expert guidance in identifying and addressing growth needs of leaders at all levels.
* Design and deliver leadership development solutions aligned with company culture and business objectives.
* Drive enterprise-wide adoption of talent and leadership strategies and frameworks.
* Lead, manage, and develop your team, fostering an environment of growth.

In collaboration with senior leaders across the HR Division, the Talent and Leadership Development Manager role is pivotal in designing and executing strategies for Talent and Leadership Development, leading the delivery of frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and divisional People Plans.
You’ll use your expertise to develop strategic, scalable solutions, ensuring that talent pipelines remain robust and that employees at all levels engage in meaningful career development.
About you
A strategic leader who thrives on collaboration and influence, you’ll confidently work with senior stakeholders to define, align and deliver talent strategies with business objectives. Using your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll drive change and lead initiatives that foster growth and development across the organisation.
To join our team, you’ll also have:
* Proven experience in a leadership and/or talent development capacity.
* Experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
* Proven experience in overseeing the end-to-end Talent Management cycle in a large complex corporate organisation.
* Expertise in strategic planning and management of Talent and Leadership development programmes.
* In-depth knowledge of leadership development principles and best practices.
* Demonstrable experience in managing Executive coaching programs.
* Expertise in using data-driven insights for strategic talent planning.
* CIPD qualification at level 5 or higher or equivalent.
