Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Test Manager - AI to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Cheshire area. As the Test Manager - AI you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of an AI enabled helpdesk testing project for internal stakeholders. This AI Enabled Helpdesk project seeks to deliver a Unified Service Experience through the implementation of Moveworks working in combination with ServiceNow and the clients enterprise platform landscape.
Moveworks is a new tool so this experience is not required, but experience with ServiceNow is essential.
Please note this is an initial 6 month contract, Outside IR35 and can offer 2-3 days per week of remote working.
The budget for this role is £575 per day (Please note the client cannot go above this).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Test Manager - AI will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Test Manager - AI you will lead the delivery of software testing services within internal IT projects and programmes to meet business needs. Moveworks is a new tool so this experience is not required, but experience with ServiceNow is essential.
2. As the Test Manager - AI you will create and implement test strategies, test plans at project and/or release levels. Communication of project updates / progress to Project and/or testing services stakeholders.
3. As the Test Manager - AI you will lead the testing teams to agile ways of working and implementing right testing practices on projects. Mentor / coach the team where applicable.
4. As the Test Manager - AI you will support / lead testing of all types of project methodology (Scrum, KanBan, Waterfall, V-Model, SAFe, etc).
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Test Manager - AI we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in an IT related discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in Moveworks is not required but ideal. Experience with ServiceNow is essential. Extensive experience in IT delivery, including experience of managing large scale testing portfolios.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with AI based Helpdesk programmes / approaches feeding into support areas such as HR, Finance Legal.
