£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, and thatbusiness objectives are met. Your role will involve managing a team, optimising operational processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
* Manage and lead a team of operational staff.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
* Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
