We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Bank Wellbeing Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, covering staff holidays and absences. As a bank worker, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel supported and reassured.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct regular site checks to ensure resident, staff, and asset security.
* Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, responding promptly to Warden Alarm calls.
* Perform domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, waste management, and minor emergency repairs.
* Maintain a vigilant and caring presence to promote a safe and comfortable environment.
About You

* Self-motivated and independent – able to take initiative and work confidently on your own.

You'll also need:
* Basic IT skills to manage documentation and respond to queries.
* A good level of literacy and attention to detail.
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
