Fantastic opportunity for a guest centric and standard driven Assistant Front of House Manager to join this luxury 5 hotel based in the North London / Hertfordshire area. With excellent career opportunities you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the front of house department, including reception, guest services, and concierge. Reporting into the Front of House Manager, your key duties will include ; To lead and manage the Front of House team in the provision and delivery of exceptional standards to ensure a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience. To ensure that guests needs are anticipated and met and, through personal impact, operational awareness and relationship building, make sure that all relevant guest information and preferences are shared with the correct operational departments. To ensure that all room allocations are dealt with accurately and efficiently so that guests are allocated the right room at the right rate, thereby ensuring that we maximise rooms yield. The ideal candidate will have previous Front of House management experience from within a large 5 or 4 hotel, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for implementing 5 standards and procedures.
