Exciting opportunity to work in the North of Solihull in our Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Services (Newington CMHT), working with Service Users who have multiple complex needs and comorbidities.
Band 7 Clinical Lead
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead in the North Solihull Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (Newington CMHT and North Neighbour Mental Health Team) - based at Maple Leaf Centre in Chelmsley Wood, North Solihull.
The Clinical Lead will work across the Community MH & Wellbeing Service providing clinical leadership and excellent clinical supervisory skills.
They will be responsible for providing additional leadership and guidance to team members in risk assessment, risk management and positive problem solving and lead on debriefs following incidents.
The clinical lead will work alongside the Hub manager in ensuring that clinical standards are monitored and evaluated, and ensuring high quality, safe and effective care is delivered to our patients.
They will lead on ensuring safe management of referrals, timely discharge of individuals and supporting the Neighbourhood MH Service (primary care).
The clinical lead will also carry a small caseload as determined by the Hub manager.
