We are delighted to be working with a renowned global ELT publisher based in Oxford, looking for an Office Manager (Spanish speaking) to join their team on a part-time (25-32 hours/week), permanent basis. This role offers great flexibility with excellent benefits, and hybrid working (2 days per week in the Oxford office). The primary purpose of this role is to manage day-to-day office operations and support the publishing team in Oxford. A key part of the role is also communicating with team members in the Mexico office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office, where responsibilities include (amongst others): Oversee day-to-day office activities Human resources support e.g. ensure documentation (contracts, tax forms, benefits enrolment, etc.) is completed Administrative support to staff in the Oxford office including scheduling meetings, booking meeting venues, processing expense claims Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and budget management Ensure office complies with health and safety regulations Manage office supplies, reorder when necessary, and keep track of inventory The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role will be really valuablet, as will any experience of managing HR related processes. With excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, you will be comfortable working under pressure, and be confident taking ownership of tasks. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is a must. The preference is that the Office Manager will be able to work afternoon part-time hours, for example 11am-6pm to be more in line with Mexico's timezone, but let us know what works for you.
