You’ll be joining a tight-knit, creative team backed by marketing expertise and an in-house content department that delivers assets clients and prospects love. This is your chance to take ownership of a key commercial role in a company with serious creative credentials and big plans for the future.
The Role
As our first dedicated sales hire, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base. You won’t be starting from scratch, you’ll be supported by:
1. A steady stream of qualified leads from our marketing efforts.
2. High-quality, professionally produced sales materials.
3. Direct mentorship from our founders, who built McGill Productions from the ground up.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing inbound leads and following up with prospective clients.
2. Reaching out to new prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
3. Qualifying leads, booking meetings, and closing deals.
4. Building strong client relationships and delivering a great sales experience.
5. Reporting on performance and helping shape our sales approach.
6. Becoming an expert in our services and storytelling-driven offerings.

Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
1. Is hungry to learn, grow, and make a mark.
2. Is self-motivated and thrives in a target-driven environment.
3. Communicates with clarity and warmth across phone, email, and video.
4. Has experience in sales or client-facing roles — or can show a clear drive to succeed in one.
5. Understands the value of storytelling and creative services (a bonus if you’ve worked in or with creative agencies).
6. Is confident with CRM tools, metrics, and working to KPIs.
7. Lives within commuting distance to Lancaster and is happy with a hybrid work setup.
