Summary
As a Retail Store Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer shopping experience through effective communication and merchandising strategies. Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, your role involves engaging with customers and providing product knowledge to help our customers find the perfect outfit for all occasions. You will leverage your core skills in communication and relevant abilities in time management and upselling to drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Your role & responsibilities
* Processing payments, refunds and other functions at the specified till point.
* Maintaining store cleanliness to a high standard (Housekeeping, front and back house).
* Handling returns and exchanges within the company policy.
* Performing store opening and closing procedures/operations.
* Basic Merchandising skills, including effective replenishment, standard and presentation.
* Accepting and processing deliveries of replenishment and/or customer collections.
* Measuring and pinning garments upon request - Full training given.
* Managing stock availability.
* Understanding customer queries, concerns and complaints – dealing with them in an appropriate, professional manner.
* Working as a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Up to date product knowledge and services.
* Building and maintaining positive trust/relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Promoting sales by employing cross selling and upselling techniques.
* Supporting and communicating with other areas of the company.
* Communicating with line manager on a regular basis of ideas, concerns and queries.
* Key holder - open and close the shop when needed.
* Networking & developing collaborations with other local businesses to help develop the brand, including local promotional activity and other ideas to assist in hitting sales targets.
All the above actions will provide high class customer service which in turn will increase the company growth and revenue through service and sales maximisation.
Weekends are essential.

Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in English.
* Experience in merchandising and retail sales.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
* Ability to upsell products and maintain phone etiquette.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
* Full clean driving licence.
