The Company
Our client is a well-established company renowned for its expertise within the automotive industry, dealing with all the well-known car manufacturers.
The Role
Customer service support to the Customer Service Team Lead to ensure the efficient delivery of key business objectives. The position involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, including customers, suppliers, transport personnel, quality control teams, customer service, marketing, and finance.
Key responsibilities
1. The main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Handling various communication channels, providing product/service information, and may also process orders or returns.
The Person
Education/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCSE-level qualifications, with a particular focus on English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications that demonstrate foundational numeracy and literacy skills.
Experience and Skills:
A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word is required, alongside customer service experience, which is essential for this role.
Personal Qualities/Behaviours:
The role is well-suited for an individual who enjoys a varied and dynamic working environment. The candidate should have an excellent eye for detail, be adaptable, and be willing to learn. They should be well-organized, with strong communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
