Job Title: Senior Legal PA
Salary: Up to GBP35,000
Location: Worcester
Our client is currently looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focused individual to fulfil a crucial role in their support staff within their Commercial Team. This position is providing close support to the Head of our Commercial Team and Equity Partner of the firm.
Based in Worcester and reporting to the Legal Support Manager you will provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team. As a Senior Legal Secretary you will be able to work independently and take on responsibilities including deputising, if appropriate, for the Legal Support Manager. You will also support the implementation of technology or systems changes and act as a coach for more junior members of the team. You will have a significant amount of experience in business support or in the legal sector.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Managing the file opening process for the team
• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible
• Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
• Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
• Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
• Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners
• Working with the Legal Support Manager, supporting the implementation of new technology, systems or process changes
• Creating a culture of continuous improvement in the team
• Be a role model for the legal support team, coaching more junior members and helping induct new members to the team
As a Senior Legal Support Assistant, you will have:
* Experience within a professional services environment
* Strong administration experience
* Experience in case management system
* Experience of working in a client facing environment
* Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc. Audio tying skills would be highly desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work
* Strong communication and organisation skills
