Key Responsibilities: As a Supply Teacher, you will:
1. Provide high-quality teaching in Key Stage 1, ensuring lessons are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of all students.
2. Cover for teacher absences, maintaining continuity and a positive learning environment.
3. Deliver planned lessons while adapting where necessary to meet the diverse needs of students.
4. Support students' emotional and educational development, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency across the school day.
Application Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
4. A flexible and proactive approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to different teaching styles and school environments.
5. An enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
