This role will suit someone who desires stability and has medium to long-term career goals; it is not suitable for candidates who job hop every 18 months.
The business is an FMCG giant with a global footprint, known for well-regarded products, and the site is one of their largest and well-funded in Europe.

The Role:
Working on a 3on / 3off basis, alternating days & nights.
1. Reporting into an Engineering Team Lead, you will work within a large Engineering team.
2. Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance with a focus on a large production line.
3. Help develop maintenance plans and strategies with your Reliability Engineer.
4. Coach less experienced members of the team.
The Person:
1. Previously worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2. Multi-skilled – either bias.
3. A natural problem solver with a focus on root cause analysis.
4. Apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or better.
