VP, Corporate Development & Strategy | Up to £110K + Bonus | Camden, London (Hybrid) | Regular US Travel
I’m hiring for a VP of Sales Development & Strategy at a high-growth, profitable B2B SaaS company that has scaled from £100K to £7M in just two years. They’re leaders in tech-driven gifting and rewards, partnering with major global brands like Amazon to power customer loyalty and corporate procurement programs.
This role will drive the sales of a new high-growth product that generated £4M Gross Profit on its first implementation. The enterprise ordering platform streamlines uniform procurement for large businesses, reducing delays and errors, unlocking new revenue streams.
With a major supplier already onboard and strong relationships in place, you’ll have hundreds of warm introductions to enterprise clients, accelerating growth from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving sales & go-to-market strategies for expansion beyond gaming into corporate procurement and other sectors.
* Developing strategic partnerships with key players like Amazon and identifying high-value enterprise accounts.
* Leading commercial strategy for new product offerings, from market analysis to pricing and execution.
* Managing cross-functional teams across marketing, legal, finance, and account management.
* Collaborating with the Co-Founder & CEO, shaping the company’s growth and market positioning.

What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in sales, corporate strategy, or commercial partnerships.
* Strong background in commercial strategy, business development, or partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who thrives on building and scaling from scratch.
* Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving new market expansion.
* Open to regular travel between London & the US.
