The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to lead the charge in client acquisition and growth. You’ll be at the frontline of the Open Moove mission - working with estate agents, brokers, and conveyancers across the UK to bring them onto the platform and ensure they thrive using it.
This isn’t just about sales - it’s about relationships, strategy, and growth. The right candidate will see this as an opportunity to be part of something special from the early stages, with the freedom and flexibility to make the role their own.
What you’ll do
1. Build and manage a pipeline of professionals (estate agents, conveyancers, brokers)
2. Drive platform adoption through sales outreach, demos, and follow-ups
3. Represent Open Moove at industry events and in meetings across the UK
4. Work closely with our founders, product team, and account managers to feed insight back into the business
5. Smash targets to unlock serious commission and share option rewards

What we’re looking for
1. A natural relationship builder with a proven track record in sales or business development
2. Experience in or understanding of the property sector is a major plus
3. Confident, curious, and commercially savvy
4. Able to work as part of a fast-moving team
