Job Description
* Providing guidance and advice on employee relations issues
* Assisting with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Delivering HR related training sessions
* Conducting performance management and appraisal processes
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
* Promoting equality and diversity within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
* Experience in a similar HR role within the not-for-profit sector
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
* Proficiency in HR Information Systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
