We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Accounting & Finance Department in the property sector. The role-holder will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day accounting, including, but not limited to, sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll, and nominal ledger.

Description
* Maintain accurate financial records and document transactions
* Process payments and invoices accurately and timely
* Perform general bookkeeping duties
* Raising of invoices to customers
* Processing of supplier invoices, both purchase ledger and sub-contractors
* Creation of weekly and monthly supplier payment reports
* Recording of data for inclusion in monthly payroll, and providing cover for payroll processing
* Maintenance of fixed asset registers and posting depreciation
* Support the Accounting & Finance Department in budgeting and financial planning
* Assistance with internal reporting as required
* Comply with all financial policies and regulations
