We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Positive Behaviour Mentor who can support students in achieving their full potential. This role is more than a job - it's an opportunity to create meaningful change in young people's lives by providing targeted, individualised support that empowers students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personalised behaviour support strategies that help students communicate effectively and build positive interpersonal skills.
2. Work collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff to create inclusive, stimulating learning environments.
3. Support students' independence by providing tailored one-to-one interventions.
4. Facilitate student inclusion across all aspects of school life, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.
5. Contribute to curriculum delivery by raising learning outcomes and student attainment.
