Summary
The first point of contact in our reception for visitors. You will ensure that all clients/visitors enquires both face to face/email/telephone are directed to the relevant person within the company. You will work both autonomously and also as part of a team. You will undertake a variety of administrative duties and some housekeeping duties also.
Annual wage £13,312 a year

Hours Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with a paid lunch break, Monday - Wednesday will be at the Rotherham Office and Thursday - Friday will be at the Doncaster Office.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Administrative elements adding learners on PICS
Customer Service including greeting customers
Dealing with telephone calls
Clean reception area, signing in
Filing and photocopying
Laminating and designing displays
Keeping reception and rest room clean and tidy
Adhere to practice policies and procedures

This position is split between 2 locations, you will be working from Rotherham (S65 1AJ) Office Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and from the Doncaster (DN1 1JL) Office on Thursdays and Fridays.

They have two state of the art training centers in Rotherham and Doncaster and are supported by over 100 local Employers who offer to support our young people through giving work placements or by employing our Apprentices.
